These are independent published studies on red and near-infrared wavelengths. They were not conducted on Skyluxe devices, they are described here rather than interpreted, and nothing on this page claims this product will reproduce their results.

A flexible silicone LED mask that sits flush against the contours of the face. It emits red and near-infrared light at fixed wavelengths across a ten-minute session. Nothing heats, nothing vibrates, nothing needs to be applied first.
The shell is medical-grade silicone, soft enough to fold into its case and firm enough to hold position while you sit or lie down. The shell is soft silicone with an adjustable head strap and flexes to most adult face shapes. It sits on the brow, cheekbones and chin rather than pressing on the nose.
Use it on clean, dry skin. Serums and oils sit between the emitters and your skin and make the silicone harder to keep clean. Apply your usual products afterwards.
Wipe the inner face with a damp cloth after each session and dry it before storing. Do not submerge it and do not use alcohol wipes on the silicone.
It emits light at specific red and near-infrared wavelengths at a stated intensity, for a stated time. That is the whole mechanism. Honestly: it varies, and some people notice nothing. Published studies on photobiomodulation generally run sessions over eight to twelve weeks before assessing anything. If you are looking for a same-week result, this is the wrong purchase. If it does not suit you, the 30-day home trial exists precisely for that.
Do not look directly into the LEDs. Red and near-infrared light is not ultraviolet and does not tan or burn, but the emitters are bright and staring into them is uncomfortable. Wearable devices ship with eye protection built in or included. Keep eyes closed during face sessions.

I compared four masks and every other listing was vague about output. Being told what had and had not been measured yet was the thing that got my money. Silicone is soft, the eye shields are properly opaque, and nothing about it feels like the $150 versions.
