Within Australia, metro addresses typically see delivery in two to four business days, regional in three to seven, and remote localities up to fourteen. International orders typically take seven to twenty-one business days depending on the destination and its customs processing. Shipping is free everywhere with no order minimum, and everything ships tracked. Panels move by freight with a booked delivery window.
Yes. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free with no order minimum. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars with GST included, so your bank or card issuer handles the conversion at its own rate. Any import duty, VAT or local tax your country charges when the parcel arrives is set by that country and is not included in the price we show.
Use the device properly for 30 days from delivery, wherever you are. If it is not for you, email us and we arrange the return — within Australia we book and pay for the collection. Opened and used is fine — a trial you cannot use is not a trial. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the device reaching us.
Buy now, pay later options are shown at checkout and split the purchase into four fortnightly payments. Approval is handled by the provider, not by us. Refunds are processed back through the same provider, which cancels any remaining instalments.
A [EDIT: warranty term] warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, held and honoured by us in Australia, with freight paid both ways. It sits alongside your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded and can apply for longer.
Our general guidance is short, consistent sessions — typically three to five a week — rather than long occasional ones. Dose depends on intensity, distance and duration together, which is why we publish a dosing guide rather than a single number.
No. Red and near-infrared light sit at the opposite end of the spectrum from ultraviolet and do not tan or burn the way UV does. The emitters are bright, so do not look directly into them, and keep your eyes closed during face sessions.
Speak with a qualified health practitioner first. Some medications and topical products increase photosensitivity. We are not able to give medical advice and will not pretend otherwise.
Because we have not measured those devices yet. We publish a figure with the distance, instrument and method attached, or we publish nothing and mark the row as a placeholder. Borrowing a manufacturer datasheet number would fill the gap and mean nothing.
No, and we will never imply that we do. They are built to our specification by a contract manufacturer. We specify them, test them on arrival in Australia, hold the warranty and support them here.
When we have measured them and published the report, not before. Join the waitlist on either panel page and you will get the measurement report and the release date before general release.
Only real ones, and only once real customers have written them. We do not seed reviews, incentivise them, or buy them, so early on there will be very few. That is the trade-off.
Skyluxe devices are general wellbeing products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified health practitioner before starting any new routine, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take photosensitising medication.
