Free tracked shipping worldwide — every Australian address and every country we can reach — and a 30-day home trial on every device, opened and used.
Shipping
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed when it leaves us. There is no order minimum and no freight line at checkout — shipping is free on every order, to every address, anywhere we deliver.

International orders
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free there too — the same tracked service, the same absence of a freight charge at checkout. Overseas parcels clear Australian export and then your own country’s customs, which is the part of the journey nobody can put a firm date on.

Currency. Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. International orders are charged in Australian dollars, so your bank or card issuer applies its own conversion rate. Buy now, pay later options are available to Australian customers only.
Duty and local taxes. Import duty, VAT or sales tax charged by your own country on arrival is set by that country, collected by its carrier or customs authority, and is not included in the price we show. We do not mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.
Voltage. Devices ship with an Australian plug and a power supply rated for 100–240 V. Outside Australia you will need a plug adaptor, not a voltage converter.
Returns from overseas. The 30-day home trial applies wherever you are. Return freight on an international order: [EDIT: who pays return freight on international returns].
The 30-day home trial
You cannot judge a device like this in a shop. So use it properly for 30 days from the day it is delivered. If it is not for you, tell us and we will arrange the return.
- The trial covers devices you have opened and used. That is the point of it.
- Within Australia, we pay the return freight. You do not book a courier or pay for a label. For orders shipped overseas, see International orders above.
- Send it back in the original packaging where you still have it — our cartons are designed to be re-used once.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of the device arriving back with us.
- Buy now, pay later purchases are refunded through the same provider, which then cancels the remaining instalments.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
This is separate from the trial and it is not limited to 30 days. If a device is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match how we described it, contact us and we will sort out a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the problem.
